Cellulite removal, slimming with the Endermologie® technique.
Endermologie is a whole body massage carried out by a special head equipped with two electronically controlled rolls. The rolls are mounted in a hermetic chamber and work with negative pressure. This technique is used for curing connective tissue by forming a skin crease which is folded by the first roll and then unfolded by the second one. Next, this crease is “rolled out” by the self-propelled head using forward, backward, diagonal or crosswise movements – in accordance with the specified therapeutic objective.
The effectiveness of this method has been clinically proven by many well-known research centres, as a result it is certified by FDA, the American Food and Drug Administration.

During the massage, the negative pressure can be changed into rhythmical or continuous thanks to automatic operation. The rolls inside the head have a wide range of movement. They revolve on their axes, move from and to each other in accordance with the objective of the treatment. The intensity of the massage can be adjusted to individual needs of every person and the treatment is not painful. Various programmes are available: drainage, firming, slimming and shaping the figure. The best results are obtained by combining the programmes selected by a therapist after an enquiry, examining skin condition and determining the objective of treatment.
Lymphatic drainage
The Endermologie® massage is sometimes called a lipomassage because one of its results is lymphatic drainage which allows to remove toxins, as well as broken particles of fat from your organism. Lipomassage improves tissue blood supply, drains excessive fluids and intensifies intercellular exchange. In order to improve the drainage effect, drinking about 2 litres of water (ideally slightly mineralised) is recommended.
Non-invasiveness
Endermologie is totally non-invasive, which is its big advantage. It just enhances natural processes taking place in the body. After 15-20 treatments many people obtained results comparable to those of surgical liposuction. That is why Endermologie is considered as the best treatment in removing cellulite and shaping the figure all over the world.
Hygiene and safety
Every person undergoing this treatment puts on a special outfit, i.e. endermowear. It increases the rolls’ slide and prevents your skin from lesions. Every client who will buy a package of 10 treatments in our salon either in Poznań or in Warsaw will receive the outfit for free.
One treatment lasts 35 minutes. Your whole body can be massaged during its course or only the places particularly affected by cellulite and excessive fat tissue. To achieve the best results, endermologie should be performed in a series of at least 10 treatments. Three treatments per week are recommended, with at least one day intervals between the treatments (time for regeneration).

During the therapy, we recommend to follow the rules of a healthy diet, perform light exercises and, in order to obtain maximum drainage results, drink about 2.5 l of water daily.
